Aylindo s.r.o., identification number 11776056, with its registered office at Na Lucberku 263, Králův Dvůr, 267 01, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 354404 (hereinafter also the “Seller”), operator of the online store www.woofney.cz declares that all personal data (hereinafter also the “Data”) are considered confidential.

Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the field of personal data protection in the Czech Republic and the EU.

1. Personal data we process

1.1. Types of personal data

• identification data and contact information: name and surname, e-mail address, postal address, billing address, telephone number, bank details, and possibly IČO and DIČ;
• settings, in particular data within the registered account, saved addresses and profiles, newsletter settings, etc.;
• data about your orders, specifically data about the goods and services you have ordered, method of delivery and payment including payment account number, data about complaints;
• data about your behavior on the website, including browsing via mobile phone. In particular, the displayed goods and services that you view, the links you click on, the way you move around our website and scroll the screen, as well as data about the device from which you view our website, such as the IP address and the location derived from it, device identification, its technical parameters such as the operating system and its version, screen resolution, the browser used and its version, as well as data obtained from cookies and similar technologies;
• derived data, which means personal data derived from your settings, data about goods and services you purchase from us, data about your behavior on the website;
• data related to the use of customer support, in particular records of telephone calls, message identification;
• cookies (to the extent permitted by your device settings).

1.2. Reasons for processing personal data

• processing of orders for goods ordered via the website. The legal reason here is the necessity for the fulfillment of the purchase contract and, for selected data, for the fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g. accounting documents);
• Notification of the availability of goods. If you request to monitor the availability of goods, we will process your personal data based on your consent;
• communication. We use the collected data for the purpose of communicating with you and its individual customization. For example, we may contact you by phone or via SMS, e-mail to remind you that you have goods in your online cart, help you complete your order, inform you of the current status of your request, order or complaint or obtain further information from you about it;
• improving services. We use the data to continuously improve our services and systems, including adding new features, and to make informed decisions using aggregated analyses and business intelligence, all based on our legitimate interest arising from the freedom to conduct business and consisting in the necessity of improving the services provided in order to succeed in competition. In order to ensure sufficient protection of your rights and interests, we use personal data in anonymized form for the purposes of improvement;
• protection, security and dispute resolution. We may also process the data based on our legitimate interest, which consists in ensuring the protection and security of our systems and our customers, to detect and prevent fraud, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements based on legitimate interest;
• marketing offers, in particular commercial communications;
• processing of cookies from websites operated by Aylindo s.r.o.

1.3. Transfer of personal data to third parties

Your personal data will be transferred to third parties or otherwise mediated only if this is necessary for the performance of the purchase contract, on the basis of a legitimate interest, or if you have given your prior consent.

• to affiliated companies and processors on the basis of the performance of the purchase contract or for the performance of internal processes and procedures;
• to credit card companies, payment service providers for the purpose of processing payments and banks on the basis of your order, the performance of the purchase contract;
• to carriers for the purpose of delivering the goods you ordered and handling complaints, including withdrawal from the contract;
• to other service providers, third parties involved in data processing;
• to third parties, e.g. legal or financial representatives, courts for the purpose of processing tax documents, debt collection or other reasons arising from the performance of our legal obligations;
• to public authorities (e.g. the police);
• to third parties conducting customer surveys (for example, the Heureka rating service only if the customer provides consent);
• email or analytics software provider (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, etc.);
• SMS service providers (e.g. SMSbrána);
• IT service providers;
• or other providers of processing services, software or applications, which are not currently used by Aylindo s.r.o.

All third parties are obliged to ensure that each third party may use the data only for the purpose for which it received the data. No third party may use the data for its own purposes.

If third parties use the data within their legitimate interest, the controller is not responsible for such processing. This processing is governed by the personal data processing principles of the relevant companies and individuals.

We determine your satisfaction with your purchase via e-mail questionnaires as part of the Verified by Customers program, in which our e-shop is involved. We send you these every time you make a purchase from us, unless you refuse to receive them pursuant to Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services. We process personal data for the purpose of sending questionnaires as part of the Verified by Customers program based on our legitimate interest, which consists in determining your satisfaction with your purchase from us. To send questionnaires, evaluate your feedback and analyze our market position, we use a processor, which is the operator of the Heureka.cz portal; for these purposes, we may provide information about purchased goods and your email address to it. Your personal data is not transferred to any third party for its own purposes when sending email questionnaires. You can object to the sending of email questionnaires within the Verified by Customers program at any time by refusing further questionnaires using the link in the questionnaire email. In the event of your objection, we will not send you the questionnaire again.

We may also enrich data about your preferences with data from social networks, e.g. if you become our friends on Meta platforms (for example, Facebook or Instagram), we may use data shared about you, your pets, their hobbies and skills to offer you a product that we think you or your pet will appreciate.

Only with your consent will we process personal data for the purpose of sending personalized commercial communications, for the purpose of personalizing the e-shop and for the purpose of detailed segmentation of our customers' behavior, which will allow us to provide relevant recommendations to our other customers.

Providing consent is a matter of voluntary decision and failure to provide it does not and will not have any negative consequences for you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail to the e-mail address info@woofney.cz If you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, your data will no longer be processed for marketing purposes or used for the offer of the store and services, unless such processing is based on another lawful reason for processing, as stated above in this document, or unless it is based on anonymous processing.

2. Personal data security and retention period

2.1. Processing time

We process and store personal data:

• for the period strictly necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract, i.e. for the duration of the order and the warranty period;
• 1 year from the end of the warranty period for the purpose of resolving potential disputes;
• for the period for which woofney.cz as the administrator is obliged to store them according to generally binding legal regulations. Accounting documents, e.g. invoices issued by the operator, are archived in accordance with the law for 10 years from their issuance;
• consent to marketing offers is valid for 4 years or until revoked.

3. Rights of data subjects

• if we process your personal data, you can request free information about the processing of your personal data at any time;
• if you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of the protection of your personal data and the legal conditions for the protection of personal data, you can request an explanation, request that we eliminate the situation that has arisen, in particular, you can request the correction, addition, destruction of personal data or blocking of personal data;
• to exercise your rights, contact the company at info@woofney.cz.
• you can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized; however, this does not apply to the personal data that Aylindo s.r.o. needs to fulfill legal obligations (e.g. processing an order that has already been placed) or to protect its legitimate interests. Personal data will also be destroyed if the personal data is no longer needed for the specified purpose or if the storage of your data is inadmissible for other reasons stipulated by law.

4. Website

4.1. Cookies

The website www.woofney.cz uses cookies to make our offer relevant, interesting and user-friendly for you. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer, smartphone or other device and are used in your browser. You can find more information about cookies here. We use cookies, for example, for:

• for the correct functionality of the shopping cart so that you can complete your order as easily as possible;
• to remember your login details so that you do not have to enter them repeatedly;
• to best adapt our website to your requirements by monitoring traffic, your movement on the website and the functions used
• to determine information about viewing advertisements so that we do not show you advertisements for goods that you are not interested in.

Some cookies may collect information that is subsequently used by third parties and that, for example, directly support our advertising activities (so-called "third-party cookies"). For example, information about products purchased on our site may be displayed by an advertising agency as part of displaying and customizing online advertising banners on the websites you view. However, you cannot be identified from this data.

4.2. Use of cookies

The cookies used on our website can be divided into two basic types. Short-term, so-called "session cookies" are deleted immediately after you leave our website. Long-term, so-called "persistent cookies" remain stored on your device for much longer or until you manually delete them (the length of time cookies remain on your device depends on the settings of the cookie itself and your browser settings).

Cookies can also be divided according to their functionality into:

• analytical, which help us improve the user experience of our website by understanding how users use it;
• conversion, which allow us to analyze the performance of various sales channels;
• tracking, which in combination with conversion, help analyze the performance of various sales channels;
• remarketing, which we use to personalize the content of advertisements and their correct targeting;
• essential, which are important for the basic functionality of the website.

4.3. Rejecting cookies

The settings for the use of cookies are part of your internet browser. Most browsers automatically accept cookies by default. You can use your web browser to refuse cookies or limit them to the types you choose. 5. Newsletter

On our website we offer you the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. If you agree to receive our newsletter, we will use your e-mail address and, if applicable, your name to send you (if possible, individual) information about products, promotions, competitions and news from our offer, as well as customer surveys. We store and process this data for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

The newsletter includes information about promotions (offers, news, discounts, competitions, etc.) and possibly also information about offers (products and services) from partner companies.

With your consent, we will record your user behavior on the website www.woofney.cz/en, as well as in our newsletters. The evaluation of user behavior always includes at least which parts of the respective website you visit and which links you click on. On this basis, we create personalized user profiles by assigning data to your person and/or email address, so that we can better address you with advertising in the form of newsletters, website advertising or printed advertising in accordance with your personal interests, and thus adapt and improve our offer.

The legal basis for processing personal data for the above purposes is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter, participate in satisfaction surveys or create your personalized user profiles at any time with effect for the future by writing a message to the email address info@woofney.cz or clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link. The unsubscribe link can be found at the end of each newsletter. If you unsubscribe, we will consider your consent revoked and delete the relevant personal data about user behavior.

Recipients / categories of recipients: If external service providers are used to send the newsletter, they will be contractually bound in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. Any other transfer of personal data to third parties in connection with sending the newsletter is excluded.

Retention period / criteria for determining the retention period: If you withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter, your e-mail address will be removed from the relevant distribution list for sending the newsletter.
