You can return goods purchased through our e-shop www.woofney.cz/en within 14 days. For Woofney Max members, the period is extended to 30 days. When purchasing the service "Option to return goods within 60 days" or "Option to return goods within 90 days", you have the option to return goods within an extended period according to the terms of the service.
Fill out the Withdrawal from the purchase contract form and send it to us electronically to the e-mail info@woofney.cz or by post/courier together with the goods to the address Aylindo s.r.o., Areál PAI, Lidická 207, Beroun, 266 01, Czech Republic. In complete and undamaged condition, the goods must be new so that they can make another buyer happy. Without cracks, abrasions and dirt, including undamaged box packaging if it was part of the goods.
If the goods are not shipped in the condition described above, the goods will be considered damaged. Damage to the goods will be compensated by a reduction in the returned purchase price.
The costs associated with returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
